Shipping to the United States of America

Customers from USA are required by US law to have an import permit which must be included in the parcel containing your consignment of bulbs. This must be applied for by you, the customer. The permit application seems to be a simple form filling step-by-step instructions, but as we are not US citizens we cannot access the actual form.
